Why Freqxency exists

I built Freqxency for companies that are already growing, but need sharper direction to figure out what comes next.

I learned marketing by building it

I’ve spent more than a decade inside growing companies, building strategy, systems, teams, and the infrastructure needed to support real growth.
At one ed-tech company, I came in as the sole marketing lead when the business was doing roughly $500K in annual revenue. I built the marketing function from scratch, grew the team, and helped the company scale through a majority-stake acquisition at a roughly $30M valuation.
That experience shaped how I work now.
I’m less interested in doing more marketing for the sake of activity.I care about figuring out what is actually moving the business, what is getting in the way, and where the team’s energy should go next.
That’s what I built Freqxency around.

How I Work

Strategy should move

I don’t believe in handing over a strategy deck and disappearing.I stay close to the business, review what’s working, challenge what isn’t, and adjust direction as the company changes.

Look at the whole picture: I work across the full marketing function to understand where growth is coming from and where effort is being wasted.

Give the team direction: I help leadership and marketing teams get clear on what matters most, what to prioritize, and what can wait.

Adjust quickly: I review performance regularly and change direction when the data, market, or business tells us something new.

I belive most marketing isn't bad.

It’s misdirected. Good marketing works when the right people, channels, and ideas are focused on the right priorities. That’s where I come in.
